FBP & Offer

You can choose whether to use FBP and Offer Reward. Additionally, you can select the added code in RMH Store Manager > Setup > Merchandising > Reason Codes to display the corresponding reason code for rewarded items. If Default is selected, it will be labeled as Offer Redemption or FBP Redemption.

Astro Loyalty Point

Additionally, you can choose whether to award points for voucher items, discounted items, and redemption items, as well as the type of charge to display on the receipt during point redemption. Charges can be added under RMH Store Manager > Setup > Inventory/Purchasing > Charges, and if Default is selected, the format will display as the brand name entered during Initial Setup followed by “point”. If the selection bar at the top of the screen is not visible, you can generate it by clicking Items > Lookup Charge on the POS main screen and reopening the Setup window. If Off is selected, the Only calculate points without API call option will be enabled. This option displays only the total points on the screen without applying the points to Astro after tender.

You can choose whether to use Astro Reward for employees.
