Loyalty Benefits Batch Automation
The user does not need to take any additional actions. When the Tender button on the POS is pressed, all the logic will be executed.
Add product to FBP card
If any of the purchased items are eligible for the FBP program, the system will automatically add the items to the card.
Automatic addition of redeemable products
Frequent Buyer Program
If the FBP card is eligible for rewards, and the corresponding item is in the purchase list, the price will be set to 0, and the discount reason configured in the setup will be applied.
Offer Program
If the reward conditions, such as “2+1,” are met but no reward-eligible items are present, the item will be automatically added. If there are multiple eligible items, the user will be able to select from them as shown below.
When an item not previously in the purchase list is added, a notification will pop up.
Point reward
Points are automatically added based on the purchase amount, and if there are available point rewards, they can be selected and applied. Once a reward is applied, the points are deducted automatically. The point application method and rewards can be configured in Astro Homepage (opens in a new tab) > Actions > My Points Setup.
