Customer Info View

When selecting a customer in Lookup Customer, an Astro Loyalty tab is added to the top of the customer information section on the POS main screen.

Currunt Astro FBP status

You can check the status of the customer’s FBP card. Additionally, you can check the list of items eligible for the program, FBP transaction details, and a list of rewardable items if the FBP card has been completed.

Available Astro Offers

You can view the list of activated offers and the items to which each offer is applied.

Execute Customer URL

The browser will open, and the Astro management page for the respective customer will be displayed.

Edit Pet information

A window for registering pet information in Astro will pop up.

Send Verification Email

Send an Astro welcome email to the customer and verify if the email is valid. If it has already been verified, the button will change to Email Verified and become disabled.

Manage Astro Customer Account

You can compare and modify customer data between POS and Astro. If the data is different, the mismatched information will be displayed. When the POS Customer Property button is clicked, the window closes, and it redirects to the customer management page in POS.

Astro History

If you are using multiple POS systems, you can view Astro Transactions or cancel the corresponding transaction from different POS devices.
